How much notice should I give for my order?
I ask for 48 hours notice for all orders. However, weekends and holidays tend to sell out quicker so the earlier the better!
I do not fulfill same day orders, however, if you're in a pickle and need something for next day please feel free to reach out and ask! I may not be available, but it never hurts to ask.
**Please note next day orders are subject to a Rush fee.
How long can my board sit out for?
All boards are sold for immediate or next day consumption.
You'll want your board to stay in the fridge until about 30-45 minutes before your event starts. Boards should not be left out of cool temps for longer than 4 hours. Please keep this in mind for warmer seasons and shorten the time frame if product is consumed outside.
*Please note is it normal for product to "sweat" as they reach room temp.
What size should I order?
Each board on the shop page shows how much the board serves as an appetizer portion. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions about what size to order! If you're feeding a football team, you may want to size up! ;-)

What do I do with my board once it's done?
Most boards are served on palm leaf trays and are 100% compostable! Toss or compost that bad boy once your event is over!
If you ordered an XXL board the board will need returned to me within 3 days of your event.
Where do you build?
Across The Board 314 is a registered LLC and is fully licensed & insured. I build out of a kitchen commissary in Maplewood and have completed a full health inspection and ServSafe Manager training course!

Can you accommodate my allergy/dietary preference?
Absolutely! Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Nut free, you name it!
Please note that ATB does not work out of a certified GF or Nut free facility. Other people working in the kitchen may be working with products you are needing to avoid and cross contamination may occur.
Can I order a board as a gift?
YES!
People order boards as gifts all the time! Who wouldn't love a tray full of goodies showing up at their doorstep?
Please note, all delivery times must be coordinated ahead of time. If the gift is a surprise, you must make sure the recipient is home to receive the board. Boards are perishable, and cannot be left on a doorstep.
There is a 15 minute grace period in which I will wait to see if the board is deliverable. If the board is unable to be delivered after 15 minutes additional plans must be set for the board to be picked up the following day.
Additional delivery fee's will apply if secondary delivery is required.
