You have questions -
I have answers!

How much notice should I give for my order?

I ask for 48 hours notice for all orders. However, weekends and holidays tend to sell out quicker so the earlier the better! If you're in a pickle, and need something last minute, please feel free to email and ask. Last minute orders, if accepted, may be subject to a rush fee.

How long can my board sit out for?

You'll want your board to stay in the fridge until about 30 minutes before your event starts. Boards should not be left out of cool temps for longer than 4 hours. Please keep this in mind for warmer seasons and shorten the time frame if product is consumed outside.

*Please note is it normal for product to "sweat", especially when it is warm outside.

What size should I order?

Each board on the shop page shows how much the board *can feed. This does not take into consideration if the board is being served as an app or the full meal so please feel free to ask if you have any questions about what size to order! If you're feeding a football team, you may want to size up!

What do I do with my board once it's done?

Unless a custom wood board is purchased when placing your order, all boards are served on palm leaf trays and are 100% compostable. Please feel free to toss or compost your board once your event is over. Pssst...the cellophane your board comes wrapped in is compostable too!

Where do you build?

Across The Board 314 is a registered LLC and is fully insured. I build out of a kitchen commissary in Maplewood and have completed a full health inspection and all ServSafe training course!

Do you deliver?

Heck yea! I offer delivery to both STL City & County for a small fee. I also offer extended delivery to Illinois, St. Charles, etc for an additional fee. You can also pickup your board(s) for free at the kitchen in Maplewood. Simply pick "Delivery" or "Pickup" when you check out and leave a note letting me know what time you'd like your board! Please note I will do my best to accommodate specific delivery/pickup times but most do fall in a 1-2 hour window to allow for additional deliveries & pickups.

Can you accommodate my allergy/dietary preference?

Absolutely! Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten Free, Nut free, you name it! Please note that ATB does not work out of a certified GF or Nut free facility. Other people working in the kitchen may be working with products you're needing to avoid.

Can I order a board as a gift?

YES!

People order boards as gifts all the time! Who wouldn't love a tray full of goodies showing up at their doorstep?

Please note, all delivery times must be coordinated ahead of time. If the gift is a surprise, you must make sure the recipient is home to receive the board. Boards are perishable, and cannot be left on a doorstep.

There is a 15 minute grace period in which I will wait to see if the board is deliverable. If the board is unable to be delivered after 15 minutes additional plans must be set for the board to be picked up or delivered the following day. Additional delivery fee's may apply if secondary delivery is required.

Do you have a refund or cancellation policy?
Boards cannot be returned once they have left the kitchen and cancellations require a minimum 48 hour notice. ATB does not issue refunds for cancellations. Any canceled orders will receive a credit to use for the next order.
