Private classes with ATB come fully loaded with all the tips and tricks you'll need to create your own beautiful charcuterie board right at home! This guided class has you building your very own 10" charcuterie board with 3 different types of artisan cheeses, 2-3 different types of charcuterie and piled high with all the delightful pairings you could ask for. Classes are between 1-2 hours and during that time you will learn cheese cutting & charcuterie styling techniques, a brief history on the origin of charcuterie, pairing suggestions & product placement.
